Job Description

Are you an experienced caregiver ready to grow into a leadership and office-based role? We are hiring a full-time Office and Care Support Professional who will split time between direct client care and learning office operations. This position is designed as a pathway into an office leadership role. This is not an entry-level caregiving position.
What You'll Do:
Provide hands-on client care throughout McHenry County Support scheduling /caregiver coordination Assist with answering calls and supporting daily office operations Support caregivers in the field Participate in our rotating on-call supervisor schedule You will start with a combination of field and office responsibilities while being trained in office systems and processes. As proficiency is demonstrated, responsibilities will shift more heavily into the office.
Please note:
As part of the leadership team, you will share in an on-call rotation to support caregivers and clients after hours. Strong foundational caregiving knowledge is essential to confidently guide field staff and address client needs.
What We're Looking For:
Solid, hands-on caregiving experience (advanced care preferred) Experience with high-volume scheduling required (home care or facility scheduling experience is preferred) Ability to service clients throughout our service area Strong problem-solving and decision making skills Professional phone presence and written communication Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Dependable with flexible availability Interested in long-term growth and leadership development.
