Our Insurance & Financial Services office is looking for a motivated and dependable Client Experience & Office Manager to help create an outstanding experience for our clients while keeping office operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Greet and assist clients in person Manage inbound and outbound communication by phone, email, and text Help clients with questions, policy service needs, and scheduling Coordinate appointments for advisors Maintain records and gather client information Help organize office workflows and communicate with team members Support a positive and professional office environment Ideal Candidate Friendly, professional, and dependable Strong communication and organizational skills Customer service or office experience preferred Insurance experience is a plus Insurance license is a plus and may be required Willing to learn and grow with the business Benefits Full-time Monday-Friday schedule Competitive pay + bonus opportunities Paid vacation Training provided Career growth opportunities
