About the Team The Customer Services & Strategy team of US Card focuses on products that enhance the customer experience through data-driven, technology-led initiatives across fraud, recoveries, collections, and digital servicing, aiming to build trust and personalized, empathetic service. Senior Managers at Capital One are the first level of People Leadership, and vital to leading our teams and overall product strategy. There are several Senior Manager openings across CS&S for innovative and strategic product managers and people leaders to lead these critical product teams. Basic Qualifications:

+ At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management + Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: + A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) + A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications:

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Mgr, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
