Overview As a Client Service Manager , you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction. You ll oversee renewals, handle customer service and marketing to carriers, and independently manage your book of business. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong time management skills, and the ability to ask the right questions to uncover client needs. How you'll make an impact
Client Relationships:
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and day-to-day representatives.
Renewals:
Take a leadership role in the renewal process to deliver timely and high-quality solutions.
Account Management:
Independently manage accounts, seek better pricing and solutions, and handle various tasks.
Cross-Selling:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services and lines of coverage.
Team Collaboration:
Mentor and support team members while fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
Compliance:
Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are met.
Technology:
Utilize Gallagher s systems to maintain accurate client and policy data and improve productivity.
About You Education:
Bachelor s degree with 1+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, OR High School diploma/GED with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
Licensing:
Property and Casualty Insurance License.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Applied Epic systems.
Desired Skills & Traits Multinational Insurance Experience:
Strong knowledge of coverage and quoting across diverse markets.
Problem-Solving:
Exhibit critical thinking and detective-like skills to figure things out and ask the right questions.
Time Management:
Effectively manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
Agency Billing Knowledge:
Familiarity with agency billing processes.
Positive Attitude:
Be excited, proud, and passionate about your work while fostering trust and collaboration.

Delegate effectively, build trust, and maintain professional boundaries.
