We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bicycle Service Manager to lead our busy service center. Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all bicycle assembly, repair and maintenance activities, ensuring timely and accurate service completion. Lead a team of technicians by providing training, mentorship, and performance feedback to uphold service standards. Diagnose issues and perform complex repairs using symptom-based mechanical diagnosis techniques, including suspension, brake repair, and mechanical systems repair. Manage inventory of parts, tools, and maintenance supplies to ensure smooth operations. Deliver excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures, recommending maintenance solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Support retail sales efforts by advising customers on bicycle features, accessories, and maintenance products. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols during maintenance work. Experience Proven experience as a bicycle service technician or mechanic with strong mechanical knowledge of bicycles and related systems. Demonstrated expertise in bicycle servicing, brake repair, mechanical diagnosis, and maintenance. Hands-on experience using tools and POS systems in a retail workshop setting. Excellent customer service skills to enhance the shopping experience. Familiarity with maintenance work involving mechanical assembly and repair of cycling components is highly desirable. Ability to perform symptom-based diagnostics efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
