ACL Remodeling Group is Kane County's remodeling management company, we manage kitchen, bath, and basement projects for homeowners who don't want to become project managers themselves. We're looking for someone who can run the day-to-day of the business: keeping projects on track, keeping clients informed, keeping our brand visible, and helping shape the design side of our showroom. This is not a typical construction job. You don't need to know how to remodel a kitchen or build a bathroom. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and a genuine desire to learn . We'll teach you the remodeling business. About ACL Remodeling Group ACL Remodeling Group is the parent company of ACL Remodeling Management , a homeowner-focused remodeling management company serving Kane and DuPage Counties. Unlike traditional contractors, ACL Remodeling Management works as the homeowner's trusted advisor and project manager. We help homeowners plan, organize, coordinate, and successfully complete kitchen, bathroom, basement, and age-in-place remodeling projects.

Great Remodels Need Great Management. About the Position This position is designed for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow into a leadership role. No two days are exactly alike. One day you might be coordinating project schedules. The next, helping a homeowner select finishes for their new kitchen. Later in the week, you could be visiting a job site, updating project information, taking progress photos, organizing marketing content, or assisting with client meetings. If you enjoy learning new things and taking ownership of your work, you'll thrive here. What You'll Do As our Remodeling Operations Coordinator, you'll assist with: Project Coordination Coordinate remodeling schedules Communicate with homeowners and trade partners Help organize project timelines Schedule inspections and deliveries Visit jobsites to document progress Maintain project documentation Administration Organize project files Update CRM and project management software Prepare meeting notes Coordinate appointments Assist with proposals and project paperwork Client Experience Welcome clients to our showroom Assist homeowners during product selections Provide weekly project updates Help ensure every client has exceptional experience Marketing Photograph completed projects Help create social media content Update marketing materials Assist with community events and homeowner education Design Support We'll teach you how to: Assist with kitchen and bathroom layouts Coordinate cabinet and countertop selections Organize product samples Prepare selection documents Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Highly organized Friendly and professional An excellent communicator Detail-oriented Comfortable using technology Curious and eager to learn Self-motivated Dependable Able to manage multiple priorities Positive and solutions-focused Experience That Would Be Helpful Experience in one or more of these areas is a plus: Office administration Executive assistant Customer service Project coordination Interior design Kitchen and bath showroom sales Property management Marketing Hospitality Construction administration Don't have remodeling experience?
