August-December Position Overview Integrity Concrete Coatings is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Coordinator to support our customers, sales team, and daily office operations during our busiest season. This is not a basic receptionist position. The Customer Experience Coordinator is often the first person a prospective customer speaks with and plays a direct role in the sales process. The right candidate will know how to create rapport, ask thoughtful questions, communicate value, guide the conversation, and confidently schedule qualified estimate appointments. Our goal is to provide a customer experience that is second to none—from the first phone call through the completion of the project and beyond. Primary Responsibilities- Answer incoming customer and prospective customer calls
- Create a professional, welcoming, and confident first impression
- Ask questions to better understand each customer's needs
- Explain the company's services and appointment process clearly
- Guide qualified customers toward scheduling an estimate
- Schedule and confirm appointments accurately
- Respond to inquiries through phone, text, and email
- Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information
- Support the sales team with lead communication and scheduling
- Coordinate information between customers, sales, and operations
- Follow through on open customer questions and outstanding tasks
- Help maintain a consistently exceptional customer experience Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service, inside sales, administrative, call center, scheduling, or related experience
- Strong and confident verbal communication skills
- Professional phone presence
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
- Understanding that customer service and sales support are closely connected
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Basic computer, email, and phone-system proficiency
- Ability to learn scheduling and CRM software
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team Preferred Qualifications
- Experience booking appointments or qualifying incoming leads
- Experience in home services, construction, sales, or a fast-paced office environment
- Experience using CRM or customer scheduling software
- Experience handling customer concerns or objections
- Previous leadership, training, or supervisory experience What Success Looks Like Success in this role means:
