Understanding that customer service and sales support are closely connected
Strong organization and multitasking skills
Basic computer, email, and phone-system proficiency
Ability to learn scheduling and CRM software
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Strong follow-through and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively as part of a team Preferred Qualifications
Experience booking appointments or qualifying incoming leads
Experience in home services, construction, sales, or a fast-paced office environment
Experience using CRM or customer scheduling software
Experience handling customer concerns or objections
Previous leadership, training, or supervisory experience What Success Looks Like Success in this role means:
Customers receive prompt and professional responses
Incoming calls are handled confidently
Qualified estimate appointments are booked accurately
Customer records remain organized and complete
Sales and operations receive clear information
Customers consistently feel heard, respected, and well cared for
Tasks are completed without requiring constant follow-up Growth and Leadership Opportunities This position is initially expected to run from August through December.
However, high-performing employees may have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities, assist with training and process improvement, pursue future leadership opportunities, or grow into a longer-term position as the company continues expanding. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their role, wants to improve, and is motivated by the opportunity to grow with the company. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is experienced, confident, organized, coachable, and genuinely committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. They understand that the first phone call can determine whether a prospective customer chooses to work with us. If you take pride in helping customers, supporting sales, and representing a company at a high level, we encourage you to apply!
