Looking for a full-time opportunity where you can build experience working with client accounts, customers, and business operations? Sterling MT Program is hiring a Client Account Associate to support a growing telecommunications campaign in the Rockford area. As a Client Account Associate, you'll work directly with customers and client accounts to assist with account setup, account support, and customer service tied to wireless and internet services. This is an entry level client account role — no prior experience required. What You'll Do as a

Client Account Associate Connect:

Work with customers and client accounts to provide clear customer service and support

Manage:

Assist with client account setup, account updates, and account management tasks

Explain:

Walk customers through available services and help them understand options

Support:

Handle basic customer support and account-related questions

Track:

Maintain records of client accounts, customer interactions, and account activity

Contribute:

Support daily goals related to customer service, account support, and sales activity What We're Looking For in a Client Account Associate Interest in client accounts, customer service, or business roles Comfortable working directly with customers and client accounts Strong communication skills and reliability Positive attitude and willingness to learn Background in retail, customer service, warehouse, or account support is helpful As a Client Account Associate, you'll step into a full-time, stable position focused on client accounts and customer support. You'll receive weekly pay with performance-based incentives while gaining hands-on experience in client account management, customer service, and day-to-day business operations.
