We are looking for a motivated and organized Parts, Service & Apparel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our parts department, service support operations, and riding gear/apparel sales. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, team development, inventory management, and helping create an outstanding customer experience for riders. What You'll Do Lead and support the Parts, Service Support, and Apparel departments Deliver exceptional customer service to riders in-store, over the phone, and online Work closely with service technicians and advisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely parts availability Manage inventory levels, ordering, receiving, merchandising, and cycle counts Maintain attractive showroom displays for apparel, accessories, and riding gear Monitor department performance, profitability, and sales goals Train, coach, and develop team members Handle vendor relationships and manufacturer programs Ensure departments remain clean, organized, and customer-ready Assist customers in finding the right parts, accessories, and gear for their needs What We're Looking For Previous powersports, motorcycle, automotive, or retail management experience preferred Knowledge of Honda, Kawasaki, or powersports products is a major plus Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Leadership experience with the ability to motivate a team Basic understanding of inventory management and merchandising Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership management systems Passion for motorcycles and the powersports lifestyle Motorcycle endorsement preferred or ability to obtain upon hire What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience - base salary + commission opportunity Employee discounts on parts, accessories, and apparel Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances available after 90 days of employment 401(k) with employer match Paid time off 5 day workweek - closed on Sundays and Mondays The chance to work around motorcycles and enthusiasts every day Apply Today If you're ready to combine your leadership skills with your passion for powersports, we'd love to hear from you.
