Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams, as well as provide support in the shipping and receiving department. Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Act as an intermediary between customers and Allegheny Coatings' staff, communicating customer requirements to necessary personnel Work with customers to understand their requirements and ensure on time delivery within quoted lead times Partner with Allegheny Coatings' sales team to ensure customer purchase orders align with the quotes provided by the sales team Work with Allegheny Coatings quality team to respond to customer and quality related inquires • Receiving Entering inbound customer orders in ERP Entering new parts and part processes in ERP • Shipping Arranging shipment of completed customer orders with customers and their carriers Packing small orders for shipment Working with rovers as needed to prepare orders for shipment • Project work as assigned by Customer Service & Logistics Manager Minimum Qualifications/Skills/Attributes Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency Detail oriented Able to work at a fast pace while keeping work organized Emphasis on team success over personal success Self-motivator that is able to work independently with little oversight Ability to work and communicate well with team members, other employees, customers and vendors Ability to lift up to 60lbs Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or shipping & receiving Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency Ability to operate a forklift
Pay:
$19.50 - $21.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
