The Role:
The Customer Experience Coordinator serves as the first point of contact after a customer call is completed, acting as a resource to address concerns, provide solutions, and ensure a consistent 5-star service experience with every interaction.
What You'll Do:
Work directly with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction when any mistakes or oversights take place within a customer's experience Partner with management teams and field staff to provide solutions for customer's when their experience has left them dissatisfied Coordinate with subcontractors to schedule for repairs if damage occurs in a customer home Identify trends and training opportunities for various departments in the company based on customer feedback Proactively contact customers to discuss service satisfaction with the intent of building long term customer relationships Respond to reviews of the company in a timely manner Serve as a customer service expert within the company Have flexible work availability to meet needs of Customer Experience team Other duties as assigned
What You'll Need:
3 plus years in customer service environment Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused when handling escalated or upset customer interactions Experience in the HVAC Industry preferred Experience with insurance or remediation preferred Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong team-oriented mindset Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. Strong verbal and written communications. Ability to work well in high volume, high demand environment.
