Lingo Staffing is Now Hiring Bilingual Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to start ASAP!

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30

PM Pay:

$20-$24/hour, based on experience We are seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to support customer service, order management, invoicing, shipping/logistics, and inventory control. Responsibilities Coordinate orders and follow up with Compliance and Kitting through completion. Communicate with customers and maintain positive relationships. Assist with shipping, logistics, invoicing, and inventory control. Navigate multiple computer systems and Warehouse Management Systems. Work closely with team members to meet deadlines and ensure accurate order processing. Requirements Strong customer service experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred. Shipping/logistics and invoicing experience desired. Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Outlook & Teams . Organized, self-motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented. Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team. Professional communication and strong customer service skills. #INDIND
