Our mission is to create a safe, fun, and engaging environment where students can learn essential swim skills while building confidence in the water. Summary We are seeking an Assistant Aquatics Manager to join our team at Aqua-Tots Swim Schools. In this role, you will assist the daily operations of our aquatic programs, ensuring a high standard of safety and customer service. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a positive environment for both staff and students. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the swim school, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Supervise and assist in training swim instructors and staff to deliver high-quality lessons. Host monthly Aquatic Staff meetings and in-service trainings Implement program schedules, events, and special activities. Provide exceptional customer service to students and their families. Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote swim programs and events. Requirements Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within an aquatic or hospitality environment. At least 18 years of age Valid driver's license Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to effectively manage staff and foster a positive team culture.
