If you're the type of leader who believes great teams are built through coaching, accountability, and leading by example, we'd love to speak with you. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Service Manager or an exceptional service leader with a proven track record of coaching high-performing sales and service teams. While residential electrical experience is preferred, we will absolutely consider candidates from other residential home service industries who bring outstanding leadership, coaching, and sales development experience. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about mentoring technicians, creating a culture of accountability, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and driving operational excellence, not simply managing the day-to-day. If you're looking for a long-term leadership opportunity where you can make a meaningful impact, help shape the future of an electrical department, and work alongside a team that values people as much as performance, we'd love to start the conversation. To maintain the confidentiality of this search, the company name will be disclosed during the interview process.
