Job Description

CX Coordinator E3 XPS, Inc. - 4.0 Lenexa, KS Job Details Full-time $42,000 - $52,000 a year 9 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Communications Business Associate's degree Account management Full Job Description At E3 XPS, our clients trust us to make their trade show presence flawless — and the CX Coordinator is the person who makes that happen. In this role, you are the primary owner of a portfolio of exhibit management clients. You are their first call when something needs attention, their trusted advisor when they have questions, and the person who keeps their assets, orders, and schedules running without a hitch. From quoting services to tracking exhibit inventory to coordinating show logistics, you own the full client experience from first contact through final invoice. If you thrive on accountability, enjoy building relationships, communicate with clarity and speed, and want to grow in a company that takes the work seriously and has fun doing it — this role was built for you. Own your client relationships You are the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of exhibit management clients. You answer questions, resolve issues, and follow up proactively — so clients feel taken care of before they have to ask twice. Serve as the primary liaison for all client asset information and order inquiries Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams Conduct client meetings as needed to support exhibit programs Monitor client accounts for upcoming shows, late returns, and pending items Keep orders moving accurately Accuracy and pace both matter here. You process orders correctly the first time, and you do not let things sit. Quote and process trade show install and dismantle labor orders, show services, and logistics requests Apply freight costs accurately to proposals and coordinate shipment details Prepare storage fees, prep in/out fees, and I&D supervision costs Provide accounting with complete invoicing information for storage, I&D, show services, and freight Follow up on late exhibit returns and open items until they are resolved Coordinate across teams and vendors You work fluidly between clients, sales reps, service vendors, and internal departments — translating needs, gathering information, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Correspond with sales representatives and end users via phone and email Establish and maintain relationships with outside service vendors Assist with information gathering and inventory assessments for client exhibit programs Improve what you touch This department is growing. We want someone who identifies problems and fixes them, not someone who waits to be told. Your operational suggestions are genuinely welcome. Identify opportunities to improve client experience, departmental workflows, and inventory accuracy Contribute to process documentation and training as the team grows You will thrive here if you: ✔ Take ownership without being asked. When something is yours, it is done right. ✔ Act with urgency. Clients and teammates get fast, accurate responses from you. ✔ Sweat the details. You catch errors before they become problems. ✔ Communicate clearly. Phone, email, in person — your message lands right the first time. ✔ Bring energy. We take the work seriously. We do not take ourselves too seriously. ✔ Want to grow. You are looking for a place to build a career, not just fill a seat.
What we are looking for:
Required 2+ years of client-facing account management, coordination, or customer service in a professional environment Experience managing multiple concurrent client requests or projects with high attention to detail Comfort with order processing, quoting, or invoice and contract management Strong written and verbal communication — you write clearly and respond promptly Proficiency with CRM, order management, spreadsheet, or project tracking software Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure when things get busy Bonus points for Trade show, exhibit, or event industry experience Experience with asset tracking, warehouse logistics, or physical inventory management Familiarity with exhibit management systems or show services workflows Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field Core Competencies We evaluate this role against five competencies. These are the capabilities we will assess in the interview process and develop in the role. Customer Service Focus — Anticipate client needs, respond quickly, and build relationships that make clients want to come back. Communication — Listen well, respond clearly, and prepare accurate written records. Match your tone to the situation. Organizational Ability — Manage competing priorities without losing your composure or letting things slip. Attention to Detail / Accuracy — Check your work. Follow up. If something could be wrong, verify it before it goes out. Commitment to Quality — Define your own standard and hold yourself to it. Good enough is not good enough here.
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$42,000 - $52,000 depending on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and company holidays Simple IRA with company match Opportunity to attend trade shows and client events A team that is genuinely enjoyable to work with About
