Our company-owned Experience stores will be a destination for attracting new customers and providing the highest level of service to our existing customers, bringing our Team of Experts to retail, where Experts and leaders are working directly with peers in Customer Service and Engineering to serve all customer needs. In partnership with the Experience Store Manager, the Experience Associate Manager will support Sr. Mobile Experts as an expert resource on new systems and tools for solving all customer needs from research to resolution, and champion new products and a product roadmap built specifically for these locations. Along with a team-based culture that rewards and recognizes contribution to experience as well as store results, Experience Associate Managers will support and lead teams through curated curriculum and certification programs to deliver the BEST sales and service experiences in a customer's lifetime. Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs. Resolves customer pain points in one interaction utilizing in-store systems and digital tools. Coach in all directions and provide actionable feedback that improves performance. Takes ownership of store performance. Lead by example in training completion and staying up to date on product and service knowledge.Education:
