This position plays a vital role in our success by delivering an exceptional customer experience, scheduling service calls, and ensuring our technicians stay productive throughout the day.
ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasmSchedule plumbing service appointments efficientlyDispatch technicians throughout the day and adjust schedules as neededCommunicate with technicians regarding job updates and scheduling changesFollow up with customers on appointments, estimates, and completed workMaintain accurate customer information and job notesAssist with reviewing daily schedules to maximize efficiencyHelp collect customer reviews and ensure an outstanding customer experienceWork closely with the owner and field team to keep operations running smoothlyQualificationsPrevious customer service, dispatching, or call center experience preferredExcellent communication and phone skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude with strong attention to detailBasic computer proficiencyExperience with ServiceTitan is a major plusExperience in the plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home service industry is highly preferredBenefits$20$25 per hour based on experienceHealth insurancePaid holidaysPaid vacationMonday through Friday scheduleNo weekendsOpportunities for advancement as our company continues to growPositive, team-oriented work environmentOngoing training and supportAbout TopShell PlumbingAt TopShell Plumbing, we believe in doing the right thing for our customers and our team.
