As an Account Coordinator, you will help keep client requests and project activity organized, ensuring colleagues have the information they need and clients receive timely, professional updates. We are hiring an Account Coordinator for our Louisville office to support client accounts and the day-to-day progress of their projects. You will have regular contact with clients while working closely with account leads, project colleagues and managers. It is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping information organized and making a busy day run smoothly. How the work moves through your desk When a request comes in, you will acknowledge it, gather the relevant details and make sure it reaches the right colleague. You will help clients understand when they can expect an update and keep a record of what has been agreed. While work is underway, you will: Keep account records, contact information, briefs and project notes current. Coordinate calendars, meeting invitations and practical arrangements for client discussions. Track requests, deadlines, feedback and approvals in shared systems. Prepare agendas, meeting notes and straightforward status updates. Check documents and client-facing information for accuracy before they are shared. Follow up with colleagues on outstanding items and flag timing changes early. As a project progresses, you will help the account lead keep the client informed, bring new questions to the appropriate person and make sure decisions are recorded. You will also work across teams to resolve routine coordination issues before they slow the work down.
