Job Description
Customer Service & Order Coordinator At Turner Labels , we don't just print labels—we build relationships. We're a family‑owned label manufacturer just outside Lexington, and we're looking for a dependable, detail‑loving problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service & Order Coordinator . This role is at the heart of our operation. You'll work closely with customers, sales reps, and our production team to keep projects moving smoothly—from order kickoff to final shipment. If you enjoy juggling details, helping customers succeed, and being part of a team that truly has each other's backs, you'll feel right at home here. What You'll Do Be the go‑to support for customers and sales reps, keeping orders on track and communication clear. Coordinate job details, timelines, materials, and approvals from start to finish. Guide customers through product options, artwork approvals, and production steps. Monitor job progress and proactively follow up to ensure deadlines are met. Serve as the bridge between customers and our internal production team. Help troubleshoot challenges and find smart, practical solutions. Build strong, lasting relationships with our customers by delivering dependable, friendly service. What We're Looking For Strong attendance and a reliable, team‑focused work ethic. Clear, positive communication skills—both written and verbal. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfort handling multiple projects at once. Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft 365) Printing or label industry experience is a plus, but not required —we're happy to train the right person. Why Turner Labels?
