Position Overview KKHB is seeking a Real Estate Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our real estate and transactional practice. This is a hands-on management position . The person in this role will be responsible for managing real estate transactions from contract through closing while also leading the team, managing workloads, overseeing processes, coordinating with clients and other professionals, and ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. The ideal candidate is a strong manager who enjoys both doing the work and managing the work . You should be comfortable taking ownership of a busy workload, solving problems, leading people, improving processes, and providing a high level of client service. Prior real estate or legal experience is not required. We are interested in candidates with strong management, organizational, analytical, client-service, or operational experience who are capable of learning the substantive aspects of the position.
