We're a growing local company with specialized crews, a no-surprise pricing policy, and a team that takes pride in doing things right the first time. We're looking for a creative, organized person to be the voice of our company, both on the phone and online. About the Role This role is split between running the front office and building our brand. You'll be the first person most customers talk to, and you'll also lead our social media and community presence. That means filming projects on jobsites, planning what we post, and representing Parish at local events. This is an entry-level-friendly position with real room to grow. As the company grows, the role is expected to move toward full-time marketing, with higher pay and more responsibility for the right person. What You'll Do Office and customers Manage the day-to-day operations of the office Serve as the first point of contact for customers and potential customers by phone, email and text Reach out to new leads, follow up on inquiries and schedule design walkthroughs Support contracts, invoicing, scheduling and general admin Keep customer records and project information organized Marketing and social media Plan and carry out our organic social media strategy on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Visit jobsites to film and photograph projects, from before shots to build progress to final reveals Edit short-form videos and write captions that fit our brand voice Write website blog posts and keep our online presence current Track what's working and adjust the content plan to match current trends Community Represent Parish Outdoor Builders at community events, sponsorships and local outreach Help find partnerships and events that put our brand in front of the right people What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (required) 0-2 years of experience; internships, class projects and personal content all count A strong understanding of social media platforms and short-form video Comfort filming and editing content on a phone (CapCut, Canva or similar) Clear, friendly communication skills with customers Organized, self-motivated and able to juggle office and field work Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for jobsite and event visits Why You'll Like Working Here Hands-on ownership of a real brand's marketing from day one A clear path to grow into a full-time marketing specific role with increased pay A mix of office work, jobsites and events, never just a desk Hybrid flexibility with a supportive, down-to-earth team Work you can see: real backyards, real customers, real results
