This part-time position will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, gather key case information, and ensure inquiries are accurately documented and organized. Responsibilities Respond to prospective clients by phone, email, and other communication channels Conduct client intake and collect relevant case information Communicate professionally with clients in English and Spanish Accurately enter and maintain client information and case details Schedule consultations and coordinate follow-ups Ensure intake information is complete and properly organized Route qualified leads and case information to the appropriate team member Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish , both written and verbal Previous experience in legal intake, customer service, client relations, or case management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Comfortable speaking with prospective clients and gathering sensitive information Ability to manage multiple inquiries and follow established processes Proficiency with standard computer and office software Lawmatics experience is a plus, but not required Position Details Part-time Opportunity for increased hours and responsibilities as the practice grows Legal industry experience preferred
