- Spray Drones @ DMR Technologies Customer Success Manager
- Spray Drones Position Summary DMR Technologies is seeking a relationship-driven Customer Success Manager
- Spray Drones to become the primary point of contact for our growing network of agricultural equipment dealers, commercial operators, and drone customers.
Examples include:
"My drone won't arm." "A nozzle broke." "I'm getting an error message." "How do I update firmware?" "Can someone help me quote a spray job?" "How do I calibrate my aircraft?" You won't be expected to know every answer—but you will own the customer relationship and coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Production, or Technical Support until issues are resolved. Travel & Field Support Travel throughout the United States to support dealers and customers. Conduct site visits and product demonstrations. Attend trade shows and customer events. Assist Sales with key account launches and strategic opportunities.Expected travel:
25-50% Preferred Background This role may be an excellent fit for someone with experience in: Agricultural equipment Precision agriculture Customer Success Account Management Territory Support Heavy equipment Farm equipment Construction equipment Industrial distribution Drone operations Aviation Technical sales Preferred Qualifications FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong relationship-building ability Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn drone technology Comfortable speaking to groups and conducting demonstrations Organized and self-directed CRM experience Valid driver's license Willingness to travel What Success Looks Like Within your first year, you will: Successfully onboard new dealers and customers. Build trusted relationships across DMR's customer base. Improve dealer confidence and product knowledge. Increase repeat equipment purchases. Help customers resolve issues quickly and professionally. Become the trusted face of DMR after the sale. Why This Position Exists DMR's Sales Team is responsible for earning new business. The Customer Success Manager ensures every customer is positioned for long-term success. Rather than simply delivering a drone and moving on, you'll help dealers, commercial operators, and farmers confidently adopt drone technology, grow their businesses, and become long-term advocates for DMR.Compensation:
$35,000.00- $55,000.
