Insurance Account Manager

Alicia Bell - State Farm Agency, located in Lake Charles, LA has an immediate opening for a full-time Account Manager. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Answer phones and greet clients Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Requirements:

Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life & Health license (must be able to obtain) Insurance industry experience (preferred) 1-2 Years of Sales and/or Customer Service Experience (preferred) Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas required Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people's lives Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please submit your resume.
