What You'll Be Doing This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to help scale and optimize a growing commercial roofing service operation. The Service Manager will lead dispatching, scheduling, workforce coordination, field operations, customer service, and operational performance while driving efficiency, accountability, process improvement, and long-term growth. The role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact on the business through leadership, operational strategy, and the implementation of scalable systems and best practices. What You'll Bring 7 - 10 years in commercial roofing (especially service, repairs, and maintenance) 3 - 5 years managing service operations, dispatching, or field service teams Experience with job costing, labor productivity analysis, and margin management, Proven experience using
