We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed employee to join us at our offices in Amesbury, MA.
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, mail, on-site and social media- ensuring each customer is assisted to full satisfaction Get to know 1620 Workwear's products inside and out
- guiding customers to gear based on their needs Resolve customer warranty, refund and return transactions in accordance with the company's policies Assist warehouse team in busy season Support in-office manufacturing, administrative and operational tasks Generate sales leads
- leveraging opportunities to engage new and returning customers Occasionally represent 1620 at regional events and offsite brand activation activities
Required Skills:
Excellent phone demeanor and digital communication skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Calm under pressure, always interacting with customers in a positive manner Dedicated to problem solving through research, asking questions and developing in-depth product and company policy knowledge 3+ years experience in customer service/warehouse/sales roles Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and label makers Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, in particular) Experience in Adobe Suite (illustrator, photoshop, indesign) is a huge plus Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skillsJob Type:
