Manage a portfolio of personal and commercial lines accounts , building and maintaining strong client relationships through responsive, high-quality service Respond promptly to client inquiries, service requests, and issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Review client exposures and existing policies to ensure appropriate coverage; process policy updates and changes as needed Collaborate with producers to support new business, including quoting, binding, and onboarding new accounts Deliver accurate, timely day-to-day service while effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and service standards Monitor carrier turnaround times and follow up on policies, endorsements, and claims to ensure efficient processing Conduct regular account reviews focused on retention, coverage accuracy, and identifying cross-selling opportunities
