Salary Range:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Flexible Schedule Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Mon-Fri Schedule Requirements Active Property & Casualty Insurance License or a strong intent to obtain one Minimum 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance Familiarity with commercial lines products and processes Strong communication and client service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Experience using an agency management system is preferred Responsibilities Manage and service a book of personal lines clients, including quoting, policy changes, and renewals Provide support on commercial lines accounts as needed Communicate with clients and carriers to ensure timely and accurate service Help identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions Stay current on industry trends, products, and underwriting guidelines About Us Independent Insurance Agency
