well-established automotive dealership group in the greater Merrimack Valley is seeking an experienced BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center team at a new location. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing all inbound and outbound customer communication, maximizing appointment show rates, and building a high-performing BDC team from the ground up. The BDC Manager will work closely with sales and service leadership to drive showroom traffic, improve lead conversion, and set the standard for every customer interaction. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader equally comfortable coaching their team on the floor as analyzing performance data and refining process. Recruit, train, coach, and manage a team of BDC representatives to achieve appointment and conversion goals Monitor daily call volume, lead response times, appointment set rates, and show rates; report results to management Develop and maintain phone scripts, email templates, and text messaging cadences for sales and service Oversee all inbound and outbound channels including phone, internet leads, live chat, and text Manage and maintain the dealership CRM; ensure accurate lead tracking and follow-up compliance Partner with sales and service managers to align BDC activity with department goals Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and team meetings to drive accountability Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve lead handling and closing rates Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and in accordance with dealership standardsQUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of automotive BDC management or supervisory experience required Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment and show rate targets Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and lead management best practices Experience with Dealertrack and MyKaarma preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret reporting and adjust strategy Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Must be available to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plusWHY JOIN OUR TEAM
