• Maintaining day-to-day operations for the service team by performing a variety of administrative tasks.
• Providing exceptional customer service by receiving incoming calls and emails and dispatching service technicians to the appropriate locations.
• Conducting follow-up calls with customers and scheduling return trips with technicians as needed. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have strong customer service skills and can effectively communicate in clear English, both written and spoken.
• Are proficient in Microsoft products and comfortable working on multiple screens.
• Have the ability to manage multiple email inboxes for internal and external communications.
