About the Role Our client is an independent financial and insurance practice that helps individuals and families protect their retirement savings and plan for the future through fixed indexed annuities, indexed universal life insurance, and long-term care strategies. Start time shifts one hour later on seminar days to help offset the evening hours. Occasional weekend work. Territory Seminars run from South Boston down the coast to the Hyannis/Cape Cod area, and west along the South Coast to the Providence, RI area. Reliable personal transportation is required for evening events. Requirements 1-3+ years in a client-facing, administrative, or coordination role (more experience welcome) A genuine obsession with getting the details right and making people feel taken care of Sharp, professional communication skills, in person and on the phone Comfortable managing a fast-moving calendar and juggling multiple priorities Reliable personal transportation for evening events across the territory Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or seminar/event-based sales A knack for marketing or client engagement ideas Notary certification Openness to eventually pursuing an insurance license for a longer-term path within the practice
