Customer Service and Event Booking Coordinator Party Rentals

Office Staff•Party Rental Company Join a well-established party rental company with over 15 years in business! We're looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented team member to support our busy office during the summer season.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and manage a multi-line phone system Respond to customer inquiries and assist with event bookings Provide excellent customer service with a positive, professional attitude Handle multiple tasks efficiently with strong attention to detail Assist with light office cleaning (keeping workspace tidy, wiping down tables/chairs) Help coordinate and assist with customer pick-ups

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Sales or marketing experience is a plus, but not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

PM Saturdays:

8:30 AM•2:00 PM (some Saturdays required)
