• Full-time Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced carpenter to join our construction team, bringing energy, expertise, and leadership to our projects.

Duties Framing, finish work, concrete, siding, and other structural tasks. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to guide project execution accurately. Manage daily site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, safety compliance, and quality control. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines are met while maintaining high safety standards. Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as needed; ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols during all phases of construction. Qualifications Proven experience in construction and remodeling projects. Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately; familiarity with construction drawings is essential. Proficient in operating hand tools, power tools, and other construction machinery safely. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices on construction sites. Excellent communication skills; capable of collaborating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and strenuous manual tasks; comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
