Customer Experience Manager (Logistics)

Riverside, MD Direct-Hire $85000.00 - $100000.00 Onsite Job Description Customer Experience Manager Belcamp, MD | Onsite Ultimate Staffing is partnering with an established organization within the transportation and supply chain industry to identify a Customer Experience Manager. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating complex domestic and international transportation activities. The ideal candidate will combine strong customer relationship skills with experience supporting logistics, supply chain, transportation, import/export, or freight operations. Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts and ongoing initiatives

Manage customer communications, shipment updates, and issue resolution activities

Coordinate with customers, vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure successful execution of customer requirements

Support domestic and international transportation activities across multiple modes

Monitor project timelines, service expectations, and customer deliverables

Lead customer implementations, process improvements, and special projects that may span several weeks or months

Develop strong relationships while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Identify and resolve operational challenges in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, customer success, account management, import/export, or related operations

Experience supporting domestic and international transportation activities

Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously

Experience resolving customer issues and driving initiatives through completion

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency with ERP, TMS, CRM, or other business systems preferred

Preferred Experience

Transportation, logistics, freight, import/export, or supply chain environment

Customer account management or customer experience ownership

Vendor, carrier, or service provider coordination

Project management, implementation, or process improvement experience
