Job Summary As the Front-End Supervisor , you'll play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for every customer. You'll lead and support the cashier team, ensure the front end and sales floor are clean, organized, and customer ready, and handle nightly closing reports. Your focus on delivering excellent customer service will help set the tone for the entire store. Duties and Responsibilities Open and close the store independently, following company procedures and securing donations and cash. Deliver excellent customer service, assisting shoppers, answering questions, and handling concerns professionally. Supervise front-end and floor staff during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and a positive team environment. Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked, with appealing product displays Assist with processing donations, sorting, pricing, and tagging items for resale Support donation intake, helping customers unload and thanking them for their contributions. Monitor store appearance and merchandising, rotating inventory to keep the sales floor fresh and inviting. Help train new team members, especially on customer service expectations and donation handling. Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience required. Physical and Scheduling Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays Must have reliable transportation to store location
