Job Description

Position Summary The Repair Coordinator is responsible for billing, packaging, and shipping customer owned two way radio communication devices within a depot environment. This role requires a highly organized, detail oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting service level expectations. The ideal candidate is self motivated, goal oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service aligned with ISO9001 standards and organizational objectives. Strong collaboration across client teams, service arms, and customer interactions is essential. Key Responsibilities Bill, package, and ship communication devices for repair services Process customer equipment with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with service level requirements Collaborate with client teams, service groups, and customers professionally Communicate status updates, issues, and resolutions clearly Prioritize tasks effectively in a high volume, fast paced environment Support customer satisfaction through timely processing and quality execution Adapt to workload changes and support overtime needs when required Main Responsibilities Ability to lift up to 35 lbs Organizational skills and multitasking ability Customer service experience Team collaboration Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints Follow detailed work instructions Accountability and reliability Positive attitude under pressure Individual contributor and team player Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills Core Competencies Attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and multitasking ability Professional communication and interpersonal skills Problem solving and adaptability Time management in deadline driven environments Required Qualifications & Skills Typing speed of at least 30 WPM Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with billing, packaging, and shipping processes Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes Ability to work both independently and within a team environment Comfortable working in fast paced, time sensitive environments Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Must-Have Qualifications Mid-level experience required
