full-time NorthCrest Capital, Inc. is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Marketing Representative . This full-time, fully onsite position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, promotions, customer engagement, and brand awareness in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. In this role, you will support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives for our clients through face-to-face customer interactions. You will help educate customers about products and services, increase brand awareness, and contribute to customer acquisition efforts. No prior marketing or sales experience is required-we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship. This is a fully onsite position. Candidates must be available to work in person at the designated office and event locations. Key Responsibilities Support client marketing and promotional campaigns through face-to-face customer engagement. Represent client brands, products, and services in a professional manner. Engage with customers and provide accurate information about products and services. Help increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Assist with promotional events and marketing initiatives. Support customer acquisition and onboarding activities. Communicate client messaging and promotional information effectively. Participate in team meetings, paid training, and professional development sessions. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign and customer engagement goals. Provide feedback based on customer interactions and promotional activities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Positive attitude, professional mindset, and willingness to learn. Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
