Job Description
About the Role The Client Care Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day front office operations of the practice. This position is a member of the Front Office team and will assist in all operations related to patient care needs, managing therapists' calendars, answering phones, and ensuring a clean and safe environment in the office. This role will communicate with therapists and the management team. The front office staff is often the first point-of-contact for patients and are expected to provide a high-level of customer service. Additional Responsibilities Answering calls and monitoring voicemails and emails; ensuring that patient needs and concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Relay patient care needs and scheduling changes between the therapy staff and families. Be a liaison regarding patients' financial concerns between the billing team and families. Send plans of care to community providers. Manage therapists' calendars by scheduling appointments, assisting with schedule changes, communicating and recording cancellations and schedule changes. Provide translation support to families and therapists. Ensure the waiting area and front office space is presentable at all time to patients.
