Dirty Dough cookies is one of the nations fastest growing gourmet cookie chains. our unique warm soft stuffed cookies has made it's way to Rockville, MD at the Rockville Town Square (The Square at Rockville). We are looking to fill additional Full-Time and Part-Time positions quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, baking, and customer service
• Ensure excellent customer service by resolving any issues that arise
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and accuracy
• Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions and track sales data
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Experience:

• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints effectively
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
• Familiarity with Toast point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software applications would be helpful.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Must be willing to work alone and independently
