We're looking for a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused Customer Relations Manager to become the connection between our Sales and Service Departments. This is more than a traditional customer service role. You'll be the face of our dealership for many customers, ensuring every interaction is positive while helping increase service appointments, vehicle sales opportunities, and overall customer satisfaction. What You'll Do As our Customer Relations Manager, you will: Build lasting relationships with customers throughout their ownership experience. Act as the primary bridge between the Sales and Service departments to ensure seamless communication. Proactively contact customers to schedule service appointments and encourage repeat business. Welcome customers in our service drive and waiting areas, ensuring they feel valued and informed. Identify opportunities to introduce customers to our sales team when upgrading or trading their vehicle makes sense. Assist with appraising customer vehicles that come through the service department each day. Conduct customer satisfaction and survey follow-up calls. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently while protecting long-term customer relationships. Support dealership marketing and retention initiatives. Work closely with sales and service managers to increase customer traffic and dealership profitability. What We're Looking For 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Outstanding communication and people skills. Positive, energetic, and professional attitude. Ability to build trust and create lasting customer relationships. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable making outbound phone calls and engaging customers in person. Experience in automotive sales, service advising, customer service, or hospitality is preferred. Basic computer skills and CRM experience are a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
