What Will You Do as the Care Team Coordinator? Administratively supports the Faith Hospice Bereavement Team Update information in MatrixCare, the electronic medical record Review client files to ensure they contain required documents; acquire any additional information required Coordinate mailings to clients and prospective clients Run required reports, stocks necessary supplies, supports Bereavement Team meetings Skills to be Successful Flexibility, resiliency, and adaptability Self-directed and autonomous Ability to prioritize Organized Skilled with navigating various technologies and computer applications, including Excel Education and Experience Knowledge normally acquired through completion of a health care administration degree or medical administrative assistant degree or similar Proficiency with computers and MS Office software Customer service experience in a health care setting Proof of Michigan driver's license and vehicle liability insurance Schedule 28 hours per week Ideally, Monday - Thursday, 9:00am - 4:00pm Position is paid hourly If this rare opportunity interests you, apply today and find out more!
