Job Description

Ethos Group is partnering with a successful automotive dealership to identify an experienced and motivated Automotive BDC Manager to lead and grow a high-performing Business Development Center (BDC) team. This is an excellent opportunity for an automotive professional who thrives on coaching teams, driving results, improving customer engagement, and maximizing appointment and sales opportunities. Compensation $40,000 - $75,000 annually Competitive base salary plus performance incentives Earnings based on experience and results Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDC representatives Manage inbound and outbound phone, email, text, and internet lead activity Monitor appointment-setting performance and lead conversion metrics Ensure timely follow-up with customers and prospects Work closely with sales and service departments to improve customer experience Train team members on CRM processes, scripts, and best practices Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism Develop strategies to increase appointments, showroom traffic, and sales opportunities Qualifications Previous automotive BDC, internet sales, or dealership management experience required Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Experience working with CRM systems and lead management tools Proven ability to motivate teams and achieve performance goals Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment

$40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
