Job Description

Shea Automotive Group is looking for a talented and outgoing individual for our Service BDC team! Are you who we are looking for? Service Coordinators/ BDC representatives will be responsible for handling all incoming phone calls and internet leads, as well as setting and confirming service appointments and performing long-term follow-up on all customers. Our Service Coordinators will strive to generate repeat service business by reaching out to current customers and ensuring complete satisfaction in ownership, as well as in marketing efforts by accurately obtaining and logging customer sources.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Answering Inbound phone calls and tend to customer needs.
  • Scheduling and setting appointments for Service.
  • Reaching out to customers whose vehicle are due for service.
  • General administrative duties that are assigned.
  • Maintain outstanding phone etiquette.
  • Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or in person)
  • Manage Service Internet leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions.
  • Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
Job Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate has customer service and/or automotive background of some sort, is a hard-working professional with experience providing exceptional customer service
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Previous call center and/or Service experience a plus
  • Requires strong communication skills to work most effectively with customers
  • Must be Internet savvy, have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills to help keep track of all service leads.
  • Excellent follow through and follow up skills Who are we looking for?
