As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Consumer Engagement Services team supporting multiple nutrition-focused brands. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities that will align successfully in the organization.

$16.68 per hour What's the Job? Handle primarily phone-based consumer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and product-related questions. Provide exceptional customer service while delivering accurate product and nutrition information using approved resources. Process customer transactions, promotions, and service requests using CRM and company systems. Document consumer interactions accurately and follow established procedures, scripts, and escalation paths. Support consumer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards. What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED required. Customer service, contact center, or call center experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously. Availability to work a full-time flexible 2nd shift schedule , with start times ranging between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM . Employees work 8-hour shifts, and schedules may include evenings and occasional weekends based on business needs. An updated resume is required for consideration.
