Job Description
CFI Inc. is searching for a motivated individual to join our fast-paced business as a Flooring Coordinator for our Facility in Grand Rapids, MI. The ideal candidate will have previous fork-lift experience. We are a small warehouse and are looking for someone who enjoys wearing many hats. Regular duties will include but not limited to: Scheduling and receiving inventory Create, schedule and distribute orders daily; including tracking of materials for shipping and receiving goods into and out of the warehouse using a forklift. Processing, scheduling and support of customers (customer service). Ensure customer orders are prepared and ready to be picked up by installers for delivery and installation into customer homes. Communicate with customers, stores, installers and other staff to troubleshoot issues. Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse/office facility. Position may require you to lift 50-75 lbs on occasion Other office duties as needed and/or assigned Work week is Monday-Friday with possible occasional Saturday work.
