Personal Lines Account Manager

We are a fun, fast-growing independent insurance agency with a collaborative team environment and a strong commitment to client service. As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced and well-rounded Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:

The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for helping to providing exceptional customer service, support client retention and growth. This role requires a proactive professional with strong industry knowledge and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with confidence and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and service an established personal lines book of business Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, and policy changes Process endorsements, renewals, and new business applications Review policies for accuracy and recommend appropriate coverage options Build and maintain strong client relationships Work closely with carriers and internal team members to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of independent agency experience in personal lines Strong knowledge of personal insurance products (home, auto, umbrella, etc.) Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Licensing required

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
