Accurately enters and processes purchase orders. Assists in customer account management and administration. Drives process improvement to ensure quality and on-time product delivery. Communicates and coordinates across internal departments. Maintains clean and accurate order system, ensuring order and delivery status are achieved as expected. Identifies shortfalls and areas for improvement in order entry and delivery processes and makes recommendations to resolve. Operates with a continuous improvement mindset. Upholds company practices, policies, and procedures as it relates to the customer and the execution of work. May assist with scheduling and releasing job orders to the floor. Performs other duties as assigned. Job Skills Requirements Ability to investigate and uncover information related to customer complaints or issues. Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Solid customer service skills, ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong organizational and time management skills. Good problem-solving and analysis skills. Educational Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Experience Requirements Two years of prior customer service experience.
