This role is ideal for someone looking to develop leadership, customer service, and team management skills while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced sales and marketing environment. As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you'll participate in training to prepare you for leadership responsibilities. You'll learn how to support daily team operations, mentor new team members, assist with customer interactions, and contribute to achieving team goals. While you'll gain experience representing AT&T Fiber services, your primary focus will be developing the skills needed to lead, coach, and manage a successful team. Core Functions of the Entry Level Assistant Manager Assist with day-to-day team operations and support the achievement of departmental goals. Provide guidance and coaching to team members while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Help train and onboard new team members by reinforcing company processes, product knowledge, and customer service standards. Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and support to encourage continued growth. Promote a positive customer experience by helping resolve questions and ensuring quality service. Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills through ongoing training and mentorship.
