The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with office tasks, typing, phone systems, and Microsoft programs is highly desirable. Includes outbound calling clients to maintain a complete schedule. Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Use software to enter customer data and provide accurate information. Assist in coordinating schedule of technicians. Maintain accurate records through data entry and ensure all information is up-to-date. Communicate effectively with clients and team. Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction. Provide support for logistics operations, ensuring smooth execution of services we provide. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or organization is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or related fields. Proficient in using phone systems, data entry/dispatching software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
